When you create an account, we store your name, email address and a securely derived password hash. Enquiries contain the contact and vehicle details you submit. Please do not include payment card numbers, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
We use account information to provide access to your enquiries and agreed payments. Enquiry details are used to handle the request and respond using the contact details you supply. Account and transaction records may also be needed for security, administration and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your shortlist and comparison choices are stored locally in your browser. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie is used when you sign in. It is necessary for account access and is not an advertising cookie. The site contains no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Use Reset saved preferences in the footer to remove your local choices.
Hosted checkout is provided by Stripe when payments are enabled. The provider processes card information under its own privacy notice. This website receives transaction references, status and the information needed to match the payment to your agreed request; it does not store full card numbers.
The site uses Cloudflare hosting. Technical request information may be processed to operate and secure the service. Account passwords are hashed, sessions expire and access to request records is restricted by the account email. No security system can remove every risk.
Enquiries are retained while needed to handle the request and meet relevant obligations. You can use the contact form to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include the account email or request reference; do not send a password. Requests may require identity checks. Statutory retention requirements may apply.
